The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) and The Clean Water Foundation (CWF) – in conjunction with York Region, the Region of Peel and the Health Product Stewardship Association – are excited to announce the launch of a new public awareness campaign based on the already established A Prescription for Clean Water program that encourages Ontarians to return unwanted and unused pharmaceuticals back to the pharmacies where they can be properly disposed of.
On Saturday, June 7 OCWA and CWF are announcing the launch of the I Don’t Flush campaign at the Windfall Ecology Festival in York Region. The announcement will feature a guest appearance by TVO’s The Water Brothers as well as a chance for event goers to have their photos snapped with the duo. Look out for the public service announcements to start airing in the fall.
